Everyone deserves a safe space to talk and heal. Our mental health clinicians work with you one-on-one or with you and your family to support your mental wellbeing. We're here to listen and support you with:
- anxiety and worry
- depression and low mood
- healing from trauma
- support with alcohol and drug use.
This free service is for people on low incomes. If you have a health care card or can't afford or access similar services, you can use this service at no cost.

We receive government funding to provide this service. This means you will pay no fee or a small fee, depending on your situation. We'll always talk through the cost before we get started.
You may be able to make care more affordable through Medicare rebates, your private health insurance or other funding support. We're here to help you understand all your options.
