Home care support When you're approved for Support at Home funding, there's usually a waiting period before your care can begin. But you don't have to wait to talk with us about your needs. You can contact us after your initial My Aged Care assessment. If you are eligible for home care services, we'll talk through how we could support you to live well in your home. Or, if you have your My Aged Care referral code, get in touch and we can start arranging your support straight away.
