We receive government funding to provide this service. This means you will pay no fee or a small fee, depending on your situation. We'll always talk through the cost before we get started.
Client contributions are applied to some services depending on your circumstances. These will depend on when you were assessed and approved for care, and in some cases an income assessment. When your individual costs are known, we'll discuss your care agreement that will clearly explain your services and any fees. This way, you'll know exactly what to expect from your care package and how we'll support you.
You may be able to make care more affordable through Medicare rebates, your private health insurance or other funding support. We're here to help you understand all your options.
NDIS fee schedule
As a registered NDIS provider, we understand that planning your NDIS support takes time and careful thought. A key part of your decision-making is knowing exactly what things cost. We make our prices clear before you start services so you can choose the support that works best for you.

When you're approved for a Support at Home package, there's usually a waiting period before your care can begin. But you don't have to wait to talk with us about your needs. You can contact us after your initial My Aged Care assessment. If you are eligible for home care services, we'll discuss how we can help you to live independently at home longer. Or, if you have your My Aged Care referral code, get in touch and we can start arranging your support straight away.
