When mental health challenges are overwhelming, our team provides intensive support to help people move forward. Taking care of your mental health should be available to everyone. We offer free comprehensive coordinated care and psychological therapies with local mental health professionals across northern NSW. What to expect
- One-on-one support
- Peer support with people who have similar experiences
- Clinical support from credentialed mental health nurses and other mental health professionals
- Mental Health Nurses will work collaboratively with you and your chosen support people
Sessions are delivered in person, online or over the phone, depending on your needs, preferences and availability.

We receive government funding to provide this service. This means you will pay no fee or a small fee, depending on your situation. We'll always talk through the cost before we get started.
Cost - No Fee
You may be able to make care more affordable through Medicare rebates, your private health insurance or other funding support. We're here to help you understand all your options.
NDIS fee schedule
As a registered NDIS provider, we understand that planning your NDIS support takes time and careful thought. A key part of your decision-making is knowing exactly what things cost. We make our prices clear before you start services so you can choose the support that works best for you.
