A dedicated service for former patients of Dr Simon Gordon, the Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Care Navigator helps women and gender-diverse people access the care they need. Our compassionate team takes the time to understand each person’s circumstances, acts as a central point of contact, coordinates the right supports, and stays connected through regular check-ins. This means customers have someone guiding them through the healthcare system and managing next steps, including follow-up appointments, specialist reviews, and beyond. The Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Care Navigator works in close partnership with other health services, Primary Health Networks and relevant Commonwealth and Victorian Government initiatives.
