How we help

The Growing together school garden network offers a range of opportunities for your school to access resources, learn, connect and share experiences to enhance school edible gardens. If you are connected to a school garden, we encourage you to join us! For example, a teacher, school leadership and support staff, kitchen garden coordinator, gardener or volunteer. By participating in the network, you can access opportunities such as:

  • Connecting with others working on school gardens.
  • School garden tours.
  • Enhanced knowledge and skills: professional development, guest speakers and resource sharing.
  • Collaboration: exchange ideas, successes and opportunities.
  • Student leadership opportunities.
  • Access to grants and funding.
