How we help

Our Independent Living Program is a four-session program. Each session is led by an occupational therapist and includes practical education, hands-on demonstrations, and the opportunity to trial a wide range of assistive aids. You can choose to attend all four sessions or select the ones that matter most to you. The topics include: Session 1: Living well at home - personal care and kitchen aids Session 2: Helpful equipment for housework, shopping and getting around Session 3: Supporting brain health Session 4: Pain management and energy conservation The classes run on Mondays.
