How we help
Our Independent Living Program is a four-session program. Each session is led by an occupational therapist (OT), including education, hands-on demonstrations, and the opportunity to trial a range of assistive aids. You can choose to attend all four sessions or select the ones that matter most to you. The topics include:
- Session 1 - Living Well at Home; Personal Care and Kitchen Aids
- Session 2 - Helpful Equipment for Housework, Shopping and Getting Around
- Session 3 - Supporting Brain Health
- Session 4 - Pain Management and Energy Conservation
The classes run on Mondays.

- Adults, 18+
- People in select areas, VIC
- Face-to-face at an Each centre
- Eligible NDIS participants
