How we help

Our lived and living experience team – also known as peer workers – use their personal experience to support others. Our team have been through challenges like mental health issues, alcohol or drug use, or family violence — or they’ve supported or cared for someone who has. Peer support is available at many Each sites across the country. How we help:

  • One-on-one peer support
  • Peer support groups
  • Connection through lived experience
  • Support for families and carers
  • Offer hope during recovery
