Who is it for?
For Families and People with disability living National
This service is for:
- Adults, 18+
- National
- Online, In the community, Face-to-face at an Each centre and In your own home
- Eligible NDIS participants

This fee covers the cost to deliver this service. We do not receive any other funding for this service.
This service is only available to people with Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching in their NDIS Plan. This section of the NDIS plan pays for the service.

Help to make your NDIS plan work better for you
You can complete the online referral form or contact our national support centre to access this service. Your NDIS planner or local area coordinator can also send us a referral.
