An exercise and education program to keep you safe on your feet. Suitable for those who have had a fall as well as those wanting to prevent one. Learn exercises to improve your balance and maintain your independence. This program runs on Wednesday mornings at our Ringwood East site, and Wednesday afternoons at our Ferntree Gully site. An assessment is required before participation in any exercise program. This requires a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist; a separate session fee applies.
