How we help

Struggling with sleep? The Better Sleep Program is a short, evidence-based treatment designed to help with insomnia and other sleep difficulties. The program includes up to three online sessions with our experienced sleep psychologist. An independent evaluation by Deakin University found that the program significantly improved sleep for many participants. Our sleep expert will work with you to find practical strategies tailored to your specific sleep concerns. You'll also receive a copy of our Better Sleep booklet to support your journey and help you track your progress.
