Support for families caring for someone with disability
Caring for someone with disability affects the whole family. Our team helps you build stronger relationships, plan for the future and take care of everyone's wellbeing. This is a statewide service for any family member caring for someone with intellectual, physical, neurological, learning, acquired brain injury, mental illness or sensory disabilities. We receive government funding to provide this service. This means you will pay no fee or a small fee, depending on your situation. We'll always talk through the cost before we get started.
You may be able to make care more affordable through Medicare rebates, your private health insurance or other funding support. We're here to help you understand all your options.
