How we help

Living with a mental health condition and a substance-use disorder can feel overwhelming. We understand these experiences are often connected and offer support that addresses both together. We can help you:

  • manage your mental health
  • work on substance use
  • build coping strategies
  • access the right services
  • create positive change

We deliver three peer group sessions each week and will create a support plan that works for your situation and goals. Our team of dual diagnosis counsellors can also provide longer-term support — creating a treatment plan, helping you identify changes you would like to see, and guiding you toward them.
